Bank Alfalah had revamped and launched an updated Alfa App on October 30, 2024.

Bank Alfalah Alfa App Collapses as several users reported malfunctioning of the new app. The bank had proudly announced the revamp of its Alfa App. It also launched Pakistan’s first Digital Cheque Deposit Kiosk. However, the app malfunctioned within the first few days of its launch. Several users reported malfunctioning Alfa App across the country.

For instance, the users were unable to fetch correct details of their credit and debit amounts. Some users also claimed that the app does not include their credit cards at all. Moreover, the bill payments were not recorded through online payments. It became a huge challenge for the users who would pay their bills. However, the Bank Alfalah’s system could not record them.

Some users paid their bills through other banks. The amount was deducted from their accounts. However, their Bank Alfalah did not show the credit.
