Canada has compelling evidence of Indian involvement in killing of Canadian citizen on Canadian Soil: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau

India is Sponsor of State Terror, claims Canada in its latest report to Indian government. Canada shared “clear and compelling evidence” linking Indian government officials to crimes including a Sikh separatist’s murder. Surprisingly, India stands adamant even after seeing the report. Instead, India has asked the Canadian diplomats to leave New Delhi.

Canada has alleged that agents linked to the Indian government were involved in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Hardeep Singh Nijjar was a Canadian citizen and prominent campaigner for Khaalistan’s Independence in Northern India. He was killed last year. Canadian government alleges that the Indian government is directly linked to the murder of Canadian citizen in Vancouver.

Canada believes that the Indian Ambassador is directly linked to the killing. It shows that the Indian government was directly involved in the murder. Moreover, India intends to use the diplomatic immunity of its diplomats to ward off any issues for the murderers.

Canada’s Response

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau states that India had “made a fundamental error in choosing to use their diplomats and organized crime to attack Canadians.”

“As the RCMP commissioner stated earlier, they have clear and compelling evidence that agents of the government of India have engaged in and continue to engage in activities that pose a significant threat to public safety,” stated Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

“This includes clandestine information gathering techniques, coercive behavior targeting South Asian Canadians, and involvement in over a dozen threatening and violent acts, including murder. This is unacceptable,” Trudeau further said.

Indian Response to Canadian Government

Indian Response to Canadian Government is a laughing stock to everyone around the world. First, it simply negated the claims. However, once the Canadian government came up with proofs. The Indian government demanded more proofs for it to consider. Yet, once the Canadian Charge de Affairs in New Delhi shared the evidence. It was quick in dismissing the diplomat from New Delhi. As Canada took the Indian Ambassador to be ‘Person of Interest,’ the Indian government expelled the Canadian representatives in New Delhi.

The act is seen as protecting its diplomats from any legal action from Canada. It also shows how Indian government is engaged in cross border terrorism around the world. Moreover, it shows how Indian government would lie on its face for its terrorism across the globe.
