138 Israeli Soldiers Threaten to Walk Out from Gaza

IDF Soldiers are demanding an immediate action on hostage deal and ceasefire in Gaza as they are reaching a breaking point.

138 Israeli Soldiers Threaten to Walk Out from Gaza as IDF fighters are unable to cope with mental pressure of the war. A report from Israeli paper Jerusalem Post by Eve Young claims to directly speak to the members of IDF. The report claims that 138 IDF soldiers which includes those in service and in reserves are showing strong retaliation to Israeli government’s inability to strike a ceasefire deal with Hamas.

The IDF soldiers are planning to stop their service with immediate effect. The report claims that soldiers are unable to see any active role of Israeli government in resolving the conflict.

Another report from the paper states that Israeli military is facing severe shortage of equipment as it advances the war in Lebanon and Syria.

The entire situation is creating a chaos within the Israeli Defense Forces as they are reaching a breaking point.

“We, who serve and have served dedicatedly, while risking our lives, announce that if the government does not change direction immediately and work to advance a deal to bring the hostages home, we cannot continue to serve,”  states a letter from the soldiers. The letter was sent to the Israeli Prime Minister and the IDF leadership.

The letter further claims that the red line is crossed for some soldiers. It also claims that red line is reaching for other soldiers as well. The red line refers to the breaking point of IDF soldiers on the ground.

The letter also claims that Israeli hostages were killed by Israeli bombing. The letter urges IDF to, “Sign a deal now to save the lives of the hostages.”

It shows 138 Israeli Soldiers Threaten to Walk Out from Gaza amid Israeli aggression in the Middle East.
